YOU’RE INVITED TO THE
HOLY NAME BREAKFAST

All parishioners are invited to attend the Holy Name Breakfast held on the 2nd Sunday of the month at 8:30 a.m. in the Parish Hall. Please use the sign-up sheet, in the back of church, to indicate your attendance. We hope that you can join us next Sunday, May 11, when we will present our “Woman of the Year” award, as well as on June 8, when we will present our “Man of the Year” award.

LADIES OF CHARITY BABY SHOWER

will be held at the regular St. Ann’s Senior Sodality meeting on Tuesday, May 27th at 1:00 p.m. Baby items and/or monetary gifts will be appreciated. Baby items may be dropped off at the rectory. Monetary donations may be placed in the collection basket in an envelope marked “Baby Shower.” Thank you.

NEW ALTAR SERVER TRAINING

Would you like to become an Altar Server for St. Lawrence Church? Classes will be starting shortly for new Altar Servers. We encourage all the boys and girls of our parish, who have made their First Communion, to become Altar Servers. Please call Father Joe at the rectory, 892-2471.

FOOD PANTRY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

The Food Pantry is looking for people to help either once a week (Tuesday or Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.), or once a month. There is a small stipend available to help with gas expenses. Also, we need men to volunteer once a month for our food pickup (lifting required). If interested, please call Vicki Galenti at 892-2471.

BINGO WORKERS NEEDED

We desperately need workers for both the Sunday 7:00 p.m. Bingo and the Wednesday 12:30 p.m. Bingo, including lunch workers. Bingo funds help keep St. Lawrence alive and vibrant, but we’ve lost workers, and the faithful workers are burning out. If you would enjoy working Bingo, please contact the rectory at 892-2471.
